My husband and I were transferring from Texas to Mississippi for the military and wanted to purchase a home, so after doing research for a potential location to move to I came across Veterans Realty. Mallory was our fantastic realtor in helping us find our home while stationed here and only having a weekend to be able to look at homes. Through the process leading up to coming to view houses on my own in a single weekend Mallory and I had constant communication without any hiccups. When the weekend came for me to see houses she was very accommodating to get me in to see additional houses that were not on my list. She was very organized and made a schedule for viewing to make the most out of my weekend. What I love is she didn’t stop there, because we lived in another state she continued to update me with pictures through the building process of our home and any things else for us to know without me asking. My wife and I were looking to buy a house. We decided to go to Veterans Realty in Long Beach, MS. We talked to Mallory Savner and she seemed to know a lot about the Long Beach area. My wife and I decided that we would work with Mallory to find our new home. For my wife and me this was an excellent choice. We gave Mallory a list of houses that we were interested in and Mallory got us in to see them immediately, she also reviewed our request and set up for us to see houses that were not on our list. Mallory took us to a subdivision that was under construction and showed us some completed houses and my wife and I decided to buy one of the new houses. We chose the style of house we wanted and the plot of land for it. It would take approximately 4 months for the house to be completed. During this 4 month construction time Mallory would frequently contact us to let us know the progress and see if we had any question or concerns (which there were no concerns at all). Once the house was completed we went to closing and Mallory had all the necessary paperwork for us to sign and the closing went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Veterans Realty to anyone looking for a new home and especially Mallory Savner as your Agent. I give Mallory a 5 Star Rating!

I’ll try and be as precise and informative as possible with this review. My TLDR; pick Mallory with veterans realty, she goes above and beyond and found me the perfect first home.
Now for the full review.
I contacted her with a list of questions before I asked her to help me with finding a home. She was honest and confident with her answers. I knew she was genuine and she answered the questions with complete honesty; unlike the others I asked the same questions.
I gave her a plethora of criteria I needed for my home and she started just that minute on finding a home. She was diligent with the location and the criteria (I needed storage and a specific type of loan, location, rooms). She sent me several that didn’t meet my needs before she started hitting them on the head. We went through plenty before I gave up and decided to wait to find a home. A few weeks went by and she was still very eager to find me a home. When I told her I had a closing deadline, she never skipped a beat. She went through so many houses in such little time. She even took time after hours, several days, to send me emails with houses. Then a few times we went and saw a few houses after I got off of work late in the day. When we finally found a house I liked, she took no time in getting the contract set up for the negotiation. She treated me more than a client. Once the negotiation was complete and the process for closing started, she didn’t stop there. She kept me informed, kept answering questions I had, helping me with concerns, contacting people for me while I was at work, and getting information sent to and from the bank. She was by far the best choice I could have made. She made my experience beyond perfect. I recommend her and veterans reality.
If things weren’t great for me enough, she’s stayed in contact with me even after closing. She’s asked me about the home, about the process, and how I am enjoying owning my first home. I couldn’t be happier. She’s by far the best choice.
